Dear Brian,

Subject: Care of Mrs Evelyn Lovelock

Please ensure that future invoicing, after January, for my mother's care is as follows:
Health Authority: £106/week as instructed by Social Services.
Anne Bray, Social Services £489/week + £155/week = £644/week

i.e. invoicing us for my mother's contribution should cease after January.

We will pay the contribution for January as we did for November and December. We have already invoiced Social Services for recovery of these costs, including interest.

I am confident that, in due course, Social Services will recover all their costs from the NHS, but until then they must ensure that all Holyport Lodge bills are paid in full.

You will find that the above is in accordance with copies of letters to NHS and Social Security already sent to you. You may also see these on the web site above. You have my permission to release this information to whoever you wish within BUPA.

Nothing in this letter modifies or reduces in any way my claim for 'free continuing care' under the Coughlan Case for my mother.

Yours Sincerely,

Robin Lovelock

(Son of Evelyn Lovelock)
